Question: Help in this simple question!?!?!?!?!?
Hi guys, just wanted to clear out a simple question!.!.
Well I live in Latin America i'm 12 !.!.5'4 and i weigh 104 lbs!. I'm from indian decent!.!.i have had acting experience for a year now (local theaters,classes,courses etc) I'm really white and I have long curly brown hair and hazel eyes!.I know to play the guitar and I sing too!.
But I just wanted to know!.!.will Disney Channel cast me in anything even though I'm not american/english or canadian!?!.!.
It's been my dream to get a role in Disney!.!.and yeah I'm working on the agent thing!.!.

I really don't think that they'd look over you just because you're not white!. I think you actually have an advantage because right now i really don't see a Latin American girl in Disney!. Disney wants all races so it seems more diverse!. Just yesterday i saw that they were bringing different cultures together by the way they used rice!.
America is famous on being the "Great Melting Pot" or the "great tossed salad", and what that means is that we have a bunch of different cultures and ethnicities and yet we are all still American, Disney like to stress that~!
Now as for you getting an agent, that's really good (especially since you got training first)!. Keep up with the training, and start looking for Jobs to build your resume (student films, local theater, open Mic Night, Talent shows, actors showcases)!. Keep up with your guitar lessons because Disney likes people who can do more than act!

if you have a really upbeat personality when acting they will probably like you
i dont think the race matters as much as the personality and ability to act

Well yeah, they cast that Brenda Song chick in one of their shows, and even a few of their movies!. She's not American, but she's a success there!.
