Question: Play Writers, Play Stage Crew, Play Actors and Actresses, do think this is a good idea!?
I school hosts an annual play, and we already decided that it can't be something everyone has seen!. I had first came up with the idea of making our own!. Good idea, and it's doable!. Anyway, I then got the idea instead of doing a one play on two nights, we could do seveal skits on every other saturday!.
Anyway, the idea is pretty much this!.
SKITS SKITS SKITS!
3- Solo Skits
2- Large Group Skits
5- 2-3 people skits
3- Audience vote Skit
2- Audience Interactive Skits
The skits will be put in order as the people do them, we have about 10-20 people on our forensics/theater group, and might have to cut down a few, but anyone like the idea!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You might want to set up a secondary stage for the solo skits, particularly if the solo skits are closer to monologues than dramatic pieces!. By running two stages, the stage crew could re-dress the main stage while the audience is distracted by the solo act and your show will have better flow!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
