Question: Im writing a paper on Caesar!. Please help, 10 points!?

The paper is on tragic heros, we have to write a detailed paper on whether we think it was Caesar, Cassius, Brutus, or Caesar!. Im not fishing forhomework answers, but i do need some help!.

Brutus was the tragic hero becaus eof the fact that he was the only one in the conspiracy with an honest mind!. Caesar was arrogant and it will never be known if he intended to be a tyrant or not!. But besides that brutus was the only one who thought Caesar becoming a tyrant was bad for the REPUBLIC of Rome!. Cassius and the others wanted caesars head due to their own personal grudges!. Brutus never thought he was surrounded by people who used him like a tool!. Before he commits suicide Brutus says how lucky he is because no one who ever associated with him ever betrayed him and all who worked for him were loyal and brave!. He finds comfort in the fact that he led a good honest life!. At the end fo the play Antony remarks that 'here lies the most honorable roman of all'(not too sure about the quote)!. This shows that Brutus was respected not only by his friends but also his enemies!. Brutus was the only one who wanted to do something for Rome!. He was a truly honorable man!. also the ideas he gave, due to his being so naive contributed to the downfall of the conspiracy and in the end his death!. This shows that Brutus is the Tragic hero in Caesar and not Caesar or Cassius!. ty =)Www@QuestionHome@Com
