It is really up to the actor!. In xrated it is all real, and quite discusting to me!. In pg and r rated it can be up to actual penetration in sex scenes!. If you look close, the actors kiss only what they feel comfortable with!. Some, if they aren't comfortable, will kiss the side of the mouth!. Or the camera will possition itself so it looks like they are actually mouth on mouth!. Naked scenes, they may have bathing suits on with invisible straps!. The straps are made with fishing line type material or clear plastic!. Then in editing they brush those lines out!. There are even some actors that prefer to have their private parts dubbed in with actor fill-ins or doubles!. The butt or breasts on an actor might just be the butt or breasts from someone they prefer rather than their own!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It's all fake!. When kissing, they do not use their tongues!. When caressing and "intercoursing" they are not actually into it!. They may act as if they are, but they have no feelings for each other!. This is how professionals work!.
