ability to follow direction, range as an actor, adlibbing, knowledge of acting techniques!.

it depends on what the role calls for!. an ingenue quality i guess!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1!. do they look the part!? 2!. Can they play the part!? 3!. Do they have experience!. Same as for any casting!. But there are hardly any roles for teens, because of labor laws the producers prefer to use young looking 18 and 19 year olds!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
