Question: Which programs are more better for learning how to become an actor!? because i want to go to a good program!?
NYFA(New york film academy) and TVI studios look like good schools for acting!. but at nyfa, its 2,000 dollars for 8 weeks for the holiday season, tvi is about 3,445, so if someone could look up nyfa and the studios, because i have already, and if you could show which ones would offer great training, that would be great because i would spend some money on a program that has great actor training instead of one that doesnt, so if someone could show what kind is great, that would be good!. alright, thank you!. alrightWww@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with TheatreDoc that you need at least a base of talent to become a good actor!. Some say that either you have it or you don't!. Even if you do have talent, you will most likely need years of training to perfect it!.
With regard to the two programs you mentioned, if you are under twenty and just starting to train as an actor, then I would say that NYFA is the better one for you!. The reason is that I have investigated both and have actually taken classes at TVI!. Yes they are expensive and what I have found is that they are more for actors who have at least some experience and are looking to perfect the skills they already have!. I might be wrong about that, but that's the way I see it!.

You don't become an actor by taking classes, you have to be born an actor!. Classes only give you things to use as an actor, but they cannot give you talent!. I prefer TVI as a school!. NYFA is only after your money!. I am sure TVI has some less expensive programs, workshops and classes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
