Question: Okay, you know the play Macbeth!?
I just read Macbeth, and one of the questions I have to answer is about Banquo's death!. It asks:
"In the prior scene, Macbeth ordered two murderers to kill Banquo and Fleance!. When the time came, there were three murderers present!. What is the reason for the third murderer, and who do you think he/she is!?"
But the thing is, I've read the ENTIRE play so carefully to try and see who the third murderer is and I can't find any clue! Was it Macbeth!?!?!? Was it a witch!? Was it just a random guy!? Can someone help!? Thanks!. ;)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I was in a production in which the 3rd Murderer was one of the wierd sisters!. Remember that weird or wyrd is (roughly) fate, therefore using this hypothesis, fate litterally steps in and makes sure that Fleance escapes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Wow what a weird question!.
That's my favorite Shakespeare play and I am baffled by that one!.
I'd say kind of be a smartass in your answer and say that he was just there to kind of make sure nothing happened and everything worked out according to plan!. Or maybe he was even superfluous!. I dunno, that does seem like a rather minute detail to make a question on!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
