Question: Ah, I need resume and agent help, PLEASE!?
So I ask this question a lot but, this time I actually found a MOVIE I want to audition for, in my area!. I took acting classes and have a headshot!. but no resume because I didn't do work yet, or no agent!.!.!.does this mean I can't audition for it!?
And even if I can, it probably means there will only be like !.5% chance, I get the part right!? thats what my dad tells me (he doesn't think I can do it)
Because that would be a bummer, I feel like I could do this, nothing like this comes up in my town!.!.!.I really want to try!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well hey!.!.!. if it's an opportunity then go for it! the worst they can say is no and the best they can say is yes (and you get an acting credit)!.!.!.!. but if you don't go at all then you'll be wondering for the rest of your life whether you could've made it or not
remember that every major actor (Tom Cruise, Jim Carey, even Denzel Washington) started out right where you are today!. They probably had their parents, at some point in time, tell them that the couldn't do it!. but they DID it right!?!?!? so what do you have to lose!?
Now, the matters of a demo tape!.!.!.!.a demo tape is a PROFESSIONAL VIDEO of you in one of your past performances, and since you have no experience you don't have one!.
Now what to put on your resume:
DO NOT LIE!!!!!!!! this will get you NOWHERE except land you with a bad reputation!
put your name, height, hair color, weight, eye color, and phone!.!.!.!. then put what productions you have done and also your special skill (like walking on your hands, or doing a back-bend)Www@QuestionHome@Com
