Question: I need to write a monologue that is no longer than 3 mins, got any suggestions on a subject,!?

it depends on what sort of person you are!.
if you are a joker, and funny write a humourous one, maybe from the point of view of a 'dumb blonde' or an old man!.

the best bet is to write a more serious one!.
choose a moral issue and write about a personas point of view on thier own situation,
for example a pregnant teenager
an outsider, you could write baout how it feels to be outside the crowd!.
or someone being pressured into drink/drugs/sex

another one you could write is getting ready for a party, as you could show the changing emotions that people go through, from deciding what to wear, nervousness, exitment, etc!.

A good way to start is by just doing some random improve!. also i know it sounds kidish but if you play house or a pretend game really dramatic or really silly it will help you come up with ideas!. You could also look through books or magazines, find a caractor and right up an analisis on it!. Then time your self for three minuits and just improve being that person!.
