Question: Can you take A headshot With this on!?!?!?

I'm a starter!. And my acting teacher told me since i am a starter not to get professional headshots yet until i have a lot fo experience on my resume!. He told juss to take a picture of myself in the format of a headshot ((8x10))!. My question is can i take a headshot with a sweater!. WOuld It look nice!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes as long as it is a plain color!.!.!.!.!. NO patterns as it distracts from your face, if you are fair in complexion stay away from the whites and go for medium to dark colors, darker in tone dark or light will do! ( It won't really matter with the medium or dark choices because agents usually want black and whites- they look about the same!. but keep a colored copy just in case!.!.!.!.!. black and white is standard though and everyone takes them not to mention they're cheaper to copy)
no props and no sweater over the shoulder (if that's what you meant) it's cheesy and tacky!

if its nice then sure!.!.!.
but remember, plain top, no Patterns, Logos, Pictures!.!.!. etc!.
