Question: Good acting agents in New York Or Web for Auditions in Ny How did lindsay lohan do it in Ny!?
Hi im 15 and i plan on going to nj this summer with my aunt then go to ny for acting or modeling i really want to be on disney channel im sure there is a way to get on disney channel in NY i mean its the city where dreams come true!. How did lindsay lohan get all those auditions while in NY Help me really i need help im goig crazy im happy but dont know where to start with my acting in new york i need an agency that can get me on the good shows and commercials!. It helps if you live in New York City!.
It's not easy to get an agent!. Many young actors have been working in the business for many years, some were child actors and continued acting!.
Many child actors are submitted for roles by their Talent Manager!.
Do not come to New York and try to get on Disney, it does NOT work that way!.
Start your acting in the city where you live, do NOT come to New York expecting to get an agent!.
Agents want to see that you have a strong acting résumé, otherwise, stay home!.
As I recall, Lindsey may have had a, "Talent Manager," submit her for roles!.
Do you have a lot of acting roles, in Theatre, television and Movies!? If not, start auditioning!.
Agents want to see in what roles you appeared, which commercials, which theatre roles you performed, with which theater companies!.
If your acting résumé needs to be updated, do it, so the Agent can see where you performed and which theatres!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
NYC is no good for Disney!. A summer is not enough time to do any work in NYC which is sort of shut down each summer!. NYC is also a city where dreams are dashed!. Before you can get an agent you need lots of acting experience and professional training!. The agent you want to apply to is Abrams!.
