i have a bit of a problem
i cant do anything
like i have no talent
and i need to do a 30 seconds about me for school which everyone will see

Of course you have talent! Everyone does! You just have to find it! Are you good at dancing or singing!? You could do a short dance or sing a simple solo that's in your voice range!. Can you do something unique, like juggling!? That would be very entertaining!. Do you play an instrument!? You could play a quick song!. Are you good at memorizing!? Sometimes a talent has nothing to do with the performing or arts!.
Maybe you can make a perfect cup of coffee, or bake delicious cookies or make the worlds best grilled cheese!.
Or maybe you have a collection of something interesting, or can do something really funny or strange Like roll or twist your tongue,cross your eyes, or do a headstand!.

Okay, well EVERYONE has a talent whether you know it yet or not!. I used to think the same way as you, truly! lol!. I had no talent either until I was sick and tired of not having a talent so I tried new stuff and found acting and writing are my given talents! You just need to find yours! Come on now, give yourself a break! :):)
