Zac was sadly busy filming Hairspray at the time of the concert!! It would have been amazing if Zac had been there!.

Because he was doing the Hairspray movie! That is the final answer and because Drew Seely provided the voice for Troy in the movie-that's right! Zac lip synched the whole movie and never sang the songs-ever!Www@QuestionHome@Com
