They're not acting agencies, they're Talent Agencies!. Big R is right about several things!. If you have no experience they won't take you!. Take classes, build a resume with theatre and non-union gigs (student films, indie films, etc!.)

If you can't find any agency websites then you're not looking very hard!. Many legit agencies have sites!. Once you've been in classes and have worked a few projects you can network with people and you'll find out from people who is legit in your area!. Since you don't say waht state you're in, it's hard to say more!.

Agents have tons of people who are professional level actors who know the business beating down their doors to get a contract!. They can pick and choose from the best!. If you have no experience you have no chance!. The information you are asking for is common knowledge in the professional acting community!. If you want to act you can do it all you want at school and in kid's local theater!. Forget trying to get an agent!. BTW: Almost all of the paid jobs are in NY or LA!. If you don't live in one of those places there's no work to speak of!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
