I find it helps to add movements to the words!. Do them over and over again, always the same movments with the same words!. A lot of the time, you muscles will remember the movements far before you remember the words all the way, so it will be really easy to link the movement to the word!. also, you can have someone coach you!. Start saying the monolauge, and if you hesitate, have them make you say it 5 times, or untill you can say it without thinking!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well, reciting over and over again is a good trick!.

break it down!. break each line of monologue and memorize a line each time!. then once you remember at least one sentence or line, go on to the next one!. keep going on repeating and memeorizing each line by line by each day (or hour -depends on your lifestyle) until you have the whole thing!.

take baby steps each time you try to memorize!. one step at a time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

do it slowly and remember dont mix the two together do them different times
good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It helps some people to write it down over and over again!. Or write one part until you get it then the next and the next!. Saying them aloud might help as well!. I`m afraid I have nothing else to offer that has not already been said by those who answered before me!. But if you go into it with a good attitude, it will be easier!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I find that writing the pieces out helps a lot if you are a kinesthetic learner!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Two monologues shouldn't take you too very long to memorize!.

The best way to memorize them is like you memorize anything else--repetition!.

Break each piece down and learn it by sections--read the first couple lines, repeat them, then see if you know them without looking!. If you do, move on to the next two lines!. continue until you've done the whole thing!. If you forget a part go back to the last line you remembered and start the process from there!.

Some people learn better by listening!. I often record the lines I want to learn and listen to them while I'm in the car!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

break it down!.!.!. start with a little then keep adding on to it
make a song if you have to! That helps! :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

im kind of shy, so just for the fun of it, i tried memorizing lines for a part in a class play for english!.!.!.i didnt have a speaking part, i just did it to try acting!.!.!.

anyways, what i did was i took a word [2-5], and sed it over a couple times!.!.!.then id add a couple words!.!.!.i was kind of skeptical about my ability to memorize lines, but i actually memorized all the lines!.!.!.about 20-30 sentances!.!.!.

so like i sed, take a couple words at a time, and practice it!.!.!.and while i was doing, i wasnt just saying it over and over again [but that can probably help, too], i was standing up and actually acting it out, even though it was a couple of words!.!.!.[[maybe you already do that though]]

you're probably doing something i really want [but am too scared] to do!.!.!.

good luck!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you learn things well from hearing them, you could try saying them over and over again!. If you learn quicker from reading things then you could write them down a bunch of times!. also, scent brings back memories really well, so if you put on scented lotion or perfume while you're memorizing them, wear the same lotion or perfume when you're supposed to recite them!.
I hope that helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com
