Question:I am 14 years old and in 8th grade. I am currently taking voice lessons and have done various plays and musicals. I was just recently in the musical at my school (8th grade is in the high school) There were only 20 cast members and there were only 3 eighth graders, the other two were boys. I have also had the lead in many middle school plays. I know it takes more than a few plays to get into hollywood. But if you have any tips that would be very helpful, names of talent agencies that you have found helpful would be great!

Way to early to be thinking about agents and the like. Just keep doing what you are doing and when you are an adult you can persue acting if you so desire. BTW, agents in places like Minneapolis only cast for things like local commercials. They don't have access to audition info in NY and LA where the big jobs are.
