personality and confidence is key. if they can tell your nervous just meeting with them then they might think that your nervousness might show up in pictures or on camera and thats a big turnoff in a client, also be really bubbly and smile alot, my guess is that they wont make you act or model on the spot but just incase they do, dont act shocked act like this isnt the first time youve done somthing like this, as for the clothes wear somthing that shows off your body really well but dont wear somthing that makes you have alot of cleavage and that you would keep having to pull up, you should wear somthing that you feel really confident in and that you are excited about wearing :), oh yeah have fun!

Is this a modeling or acting agency? If it is a modeling agency I would wear something simple but form fitting. Like a fitting shirt or tank top and skinny jeans with flats and bring heels in a purse just in case. I would wear very light makeup or no makeup at all. But this is only if it's a modeling agency I don't know about acting...

eye contact & confidence (even if you have to fake it).

have a slight air (not too much) of 'you need me more than i need you'.

you won't be asked to audition but will ask if you have a reel. if you do, bring it in (on dvd) and they may look at it on the spot. you can discuss what each shoot was about.

if no reel, pass your head shots and answer questions. don't give them the whole 'im gunna be the next big thing' spiel.

good luck - you'll be fine!
