stay in home school
trust me, with all the gangs, fights, and drugs, something would stop you from doing that.

obviously
just taking theatre there and try out for all the big school plays and then apply to a theater college. there youll be going to fame

HELL YES!!! if you are good (and sadly it always helps to be pretty) and you put yourself out into films and anything people big will see you can always do great things!

Well high school plays, while some are good and you will find a couple of bright future kids, is not the best theatre training. So you could make it big without even going to high school, let alone what type of school you go to. Just train, maybe go to performing school, learn all you can about acting, film and theatre, and go for your dream, your high school doesn't matter, your training, dedication and perseverance does. Have fun and be happy!!

Of course. Acting theatre are always great in high school! Plus it will be more training for you and it will count as more experience when you pursue acting in more things.

It is quite unnecesary to decide which type of school to go to as both will give you similar oppurtunities at this level, what is most important is the course you choose after high school.
It is very important to dedicate yourself fully and intensely to the art of drama, as despite what many are saying being pretty will only make you an actress if you a re punctual sincere, talented and practisced. start searching for drama schools that suit what you want to do and have a large reputation and aim your high school career towards these places.
Dedication and self-sacrifice are the only ways you will make it as an actress

LMAO! Doing/ a little school plays, in your little, small town is Not going to make you famous, by any stretch of the imagination, you might be "famous" in your town, but that's all. So No that's not going to help ya' at all, you just need to finish school then figure out what you want to do. . . . . .

You can still take acting, singing, dance etc. classes if you are not in high school. It is best that you are home-schooled for this career. I myself am home schooled for this reason.

First of all...

No one wants to be a Hollywood movie actress if it isn't for the fame and fortune. Step one- be honest with yourself. If you have theatrical passion then you should want to do all kinds of theatre. You shouldn't look down your nose at any role or theatre. It's okay to want the fame of Hollywood as long as YOU KNOW that's what you want. In which case- move to LA right now. If it's really the fame you're looking for you need to build a film reputation right away. Audition for every movie but know that you'll start with the independent stuff... once you get the money get a PR and he/she will help you establish yourself.

Secondly...
90% of the actors and actresses you know went to a public high school. Theatre in the real world is all about multi-tasking... balancing a day job with your theatre. You better be able to handle school and theatre or you won't be able to handle the stress of theatre in the real world.
