What should i change my name to?

Question:i want to be an actress and i know that there is already a Sophie Walker. what should i change my name to. Any suggestions? i thought Ali- suzanne but im syarting to go off it Please help!!

There are many combinations, usual, and unusual names for an actress, but you should try to find a nice simple nicknamish name that totally describes your true personality and interests. For example my real name is Cassidy, but at school I don't use my real name. The teachers and my fellow classmates all address me as Freckles, my birth certificate even has my name as Freckles. Others call me Rosie, because of my middle name and that's fine with me (my middle name is Rose). I have lots of nicknames from inside school to reality. Rosie and Freckles are the most popular, if I ever become an actress I would change my name to Rosie. You can use your middle name as well or you can use a nickname and shorten it up... just like Miley (Destiny) Cyrus. She shorten her nickname Smiley to Miley. You can even find a name you like or use your own name. I don't really have an opinion on it, just do what you think is best for you, maybe keeping your real name isn't such a bad idea either. How about you keep your name. Or simply combine your middle name and first name.

I like the idea of using your middle name or you could just add your middle initial to Sophie Walker, like Sophie K. Walker. That would solve the problem and eliminate possible social security problems.

Huh? Why on earth would you worry about this? The chances of you becoming an actress (a successful one) and having to change your name is remote! I sugget you first see if you make it in show business (the odds are stacked against you big time), then worry about your name!
