NYD is correct. The answer is the library, where you can check out plays to read and find in those plays, monologues or scenes you can turn into monologues. Proscout is not quite a SCAM but the next worst thing. While they do have agents who see you, most are not really looking for talent. Unless you are very very very good and very very very photogenic, AND very very very wealthy, don't bother going.

Well you could go to a bookstore and buy a monologue book.
