WBGU sounds like the call letters to a PBS television station. PBS = Public Broadcasting Station (or is it service? oh well)

WBGU are the stations call letters, PBS means public broadcasting service, the government rip off of our money.

Anytime you see letters like this before PBS, it refers to the station's call letters. For example, WBGU is the PBS station in Bowling Green Ohio, MPT is the PBS station in Maryland and WGBH is the Boston station. It helps differentiate all of the almost 400 stations around the country.

PS - By no means is public broadcasting a waste of government money. If we didn't have this great service, we'd have to watch nothing but commercial-cluttered reality shows.
