Position:Home>Theater & Acting> Where can I audition for a Disney Channel show?

Question:Most Disney shows film in Los Angeles, so you either need to live here or have access to transportation.

Next, you'll need a good professional headshot and a typed 1-page resume outlining your experience and special skills. You may also need a short video showing off your talent.

Next, it's helpful if you have some form of agent or representative. Most agents and representatives require that you be enrolled in some form of acting class - this will cost a lot of money, so be prepared for that.

After you have all that (and it takes a lot of time and work to do so), you can ask your representative to concentrate on Disney. They rarely do open casting calls, preferring to work through agents and representatives.

While you're waiting on that, get involved in every acting opportunity your community offers: small theater, amateur theater, school productions, etc. Every chance you get, audition for something no matter how small. The more experience you have auditioning and working, the better you'll get.

Amanda Bynes started out that way: she worked in a small local theater before making it on Nickelodeon.

Well If you have an agent then they will find them for you. =)
So get an agent.

To get on Disney you need an agent, to get an agent you need a resume, and you need stuff to put on your resume so you have to do community thwater, smaller work, and take lots of acting/singing/dance classes.
And even then you getting on Disney is 1 in 10 million.
Work your way up.
