I'd suggest to join Theatre Ontario. For the $45/year membership fee you'll get access to auditions, library resources, and workshops. The website is a little messy and unorganized though.

Another good source of audition news is by signing up to receive the Canadian Actors Equity Association (CAEA) audition notice newsletter, since most of them are in Toronto. There may not be too many for youth though since they are meant for equity members.

There are few roles for young teens in the professional world, despite what you see on TV. Most teen roles are played by much older actors to avoid child labor laws. Look for a youth theatre to join.
