There are a few. Julliard is best. You have to be really good to get into these colleges and they are very expensive. The keys to a good musical theatre college are that you have to audition, that they take very few new students each year, that they drop students that do not make sufficient progress, that they do not require performance majors to do tech work (I have yet to find one of these so we will say not much tech work), and that they have a senior showcase for casting directors and agents. Now do a web search for Colleges that have Musical Theatre majors and see which ones fit the criteria I have given you.
