In order for you to land an audition with Disney, you need to get a Talent Agent (or manager) to represent you.
Have you (or your parents) ask your fellow classmates at the Acting Center if they are being represented with anyone? If so, ask if the Agent/Manager is good.... and weather or not they accept talents based on referrals.

The acting center (schoo?) may offer auditions to the students, but that doesn't mean they are well connected to the industry. (But again, I don't know anything about your acting center)

Instead of doing work within the Acting Center, why not reach out and see what other gigs are available in your area? Newspapers, Internet are really good resousces to find audition/casting calls.

Good Luck.

hay ya i rly want to go onto american idol bcuz i think i have a beautiful voice but ya just a thot try going to 1 of the big shows u no americas got talent dancedancerevolutin o thon or u might entr a sweepstakes for a big company and beg

Sick of it or not, you have to do it to be the best. It isn't a quick climb to fame and fortune, it's a slow ladder, and you start at the bottom and go up as you develop your skills.
Time and effort is what it's about. Dedication. Money shouldn't come in to it really, as long as you long for the job as an actress, not the fame, I am sure you will become very skilled.
If you feel you have polished your skills a lot, seek an agent. They do not cost money and instead take about 15 % of your cut when they find you a job.
Like I said, dedication is the key. It's a slow business, but if you are dedicated you could go a long way.

ETA: If you do want to be on disney or nick you must make a choice (generally which casting comes first unless you want to hold out for disney / nick ) as the channels are rivals.
