Retouch acting resume picture?

Question:I am going to get my picture taken for my resume, and when I called a professional photography place they left me a message back saying they retouch their pictures and stuff. My question is for your acting resume do they want you to retouch the picture or not? I don't care either way, I'm just wondering how they want your picture for the resume.

Most performers with professional headshots have had them retouched. The trick is to do enough that it presents you in the best light, but still looks like you without it seeming questionable.
