How can i get in a movie or such in Australia? Im 14 and a girl?

Question:Hey. im 14 and I really would like to know how i can try and get into the acting business. I live in Australia in Victoria. Are there any good agencies i can go to? Ive never acted before but I think that i may be good...i dunno.
Also, i read that actors see articles in the newspaper for audtions for movies etc. I dont know where in the newspaper those articles are., coz id really like to check them out.
