Eclipse?

Question:i live in New England and I'm thirteen. I'm an amazing actress - or so people have told me. I don't have an agent but I'm experienced. I realize that New Moon probably won't become a movie for a few years, but I would want to know how before hand.
Everyone I know who has read the books tells me I look and sound and act like Jane and I fit her description, voice, height, and personality. [I can be kind of creepy sometimes...]
I can laugh and speak like a child, I have the wide eyes, short brown hair, full lips and the cold stare.
So I was wondering, do you think it would be possible for me to play Jane? Or do you think they'd hire some Hollywood twirp like Dakota Fanning or something?
And how would I tryout?
also, I forgot to mention: I've practiced her lines and I can do them very well.

I think you should definitely try! As for the New Moon film...keep an eye on the Summitt Entertainment site and try to meet the author at a book signing or something (she might have the same opinion!). But yes, definitely look out for Summitt because they might announce that kind of stuff soon. I'm rooting for you!
