You need an agent hun.

They're the only ones who know where the auditions are and you have to be an amazing actress with years of experience to get an agent.

Even if someone tells you where an audition is, the agent is the only one who can book you an audition.

Well Rachel is almost right, but you don't need an agent because I can tell you are too inexperienced .. You don't start an acting career with either auditions or agents. You start with the school plays. So get some acting experience and find out if you have any affinity for it. That's the first thing to do.
