No, but she starts to show more skin - her dresses have no sleeves and the necklines are lower in her later costumes, so there is more green showing, later.

I thought the same thing the first time I saw it, so when I went again, I noticed there was more green because of her clothes. The lighting, I noticed also tends to bring out her green in the second act.

She does show more skin. And also when she sweats the paint moves around

I don't think so.
She is young in the beginning, so she has a more youthful look.

Then during intermission, she gets re-touched with the green.
And they make her look older and give her purple eyeshadow and make her eyebrows arched and evily and other things of that nature

During the intermission, they fix Elphaba's green and they change her makeup so she looks like a woman, instead of a girl in her late teens.

So, I guess she does get physically greener as the show progresses.
