How to audition for ADV voice over work?

Question:ADV The Famous Anime Company in Houston, I'm trying to find out how to get an audition with them cause they have no info on there website or anywhere, but there doing stuff all the time.

Most voiceover jobs don't involve "Auditions" for starters usually you just send them you demo cd sometimes you can be cast just off of your cd. If they like you you come in and read copy for them I would contact all the houston based casting directors and see if they are affiliated with them.
More than likely they are companies rarely do the casting themselves, sorry I am not in Texas myself so I don't know who is out there but the local film board can advise you.
