translate your speech to a sequence of key words- write the keywords and keep them infront of you in case you loose track during the speech.
recite your speech several times (while peeking at the keywords)
good luck.
1 trick to help in stage fright is : when u make eye contacts, address your speech to the single individuals u r looking at (gives u a sense that u r talking to an individual rather than a group of people.)
take pre-planned pauses. have water sips.
good luck
good luck

practice or just write it on your hand and read it

simple: the best way is to practice over and over and over!
make it become like one of those songs you know so well you could sing it in your sleep.
practice it out loud-this helps.
and by the time youre done practicing, make sure you are able to say the whole thing without ANY PAUSES OR HESITATIONS!!!! once i thought i practiced enough bu i didnt and my teacher kept having to give me lines!! it was so embarrassing!
practice saying it very slow and speedy-quick! put different variations on it. this'll help you become more comfortable.
good luck!!

also tania's right, the keyword thing is gold!
