More than likely. The rule of thumb is it should not cost you anything to be represented by a legitimate agent/manager.

You can go to:
www.sag.org
www.aftra.org
and check with them about legitimate agents, etc. that are
approved by them.

That's because they work very hard to make people stars. Why many famous stars got their start from them, like, uh...
...and......uh....yah

Legitimate agencies do not charge a fee to "join." They take a cut when you are booked for a job.
