Do Macbeth and Lady Macbeth look forward to the feast after Act 3 Scene 1?

They do but then macbeth sees banquos ghost at the table so that creeps him out and he starts acting all creepy since only he sees him.

They do but Macbeth ruins it! He sees Banquo's ghost and almost incriminated Lady Macbeth and himself in Banquo's murder! Macbeth almost tells the guest that he killed Banquo because he is hallucinating and his conscience is eating away at him!
