my friend saw this lady at the mall in phipps plaza in atlanta and she stopped him but he didn't want to do it. When I was on vacation in LA a lady stopped me in century city mall and said i was cute and that her boss worked for zack and cody but i couldn't do it cuz it was after i left. but she worked for an agency and she probably was competing against other agencies and was scouting

Try Variety magazine online. You will find tons of auditions. Disney advertises there, I believe.
