print out copies o fyour lines and put them EVERYWHERE! laminate a copy (or just stick it in a big sip-lock bag) and hang it up in the shower and read them while you bathe. it really works! tape them to the mirror wheer you brush your teeth, anywhere! good lu-uck!

I like the first answer!
Every chance you get just practice practice practice.
If you have a break in class pull out your script.
When you are at home practice acting the scene out.

get as many of your senses involved.

i always tell people to read them (sight)
write them (touch)
record them and listen to them (hearing)

don't eat them or smell them, that doesn't work :-)

writing them down (writing is better then typing them) is probably the fastest.

and don't think of it as a stupid play...it'll really come off that you feel that way about it. go ahead and try and have some fun with it!!

break a leg!!

Whenever I start to memorize my lines for a play I just read them over and over again then I try to say the same lines without reading it off the page and as soon as I know the line backwars and forwards(not litteraly) I learn my cues!
Have Fun!

Hope This Will Help I Know How You Feel It Is The Worst Part Of Doing A Play But After This Its All Fun And Games!!

Read it, read it, read it
Say it, say it, say it
Write it, write it, write it.

If you can write your lines, you know your lines.

Now work on your cues, and, by the way, actually Acting.

Just go over them all the time, read them, write them, listen to them if you can...

I write all my lines down with my cue lines on bright colors, the brightness usually triggers my memory.

Go over them again and again with a friend.

I actually think all these have been privously mentioned...

Good luck though!
