Position:Home>Theater & Acting> Second City, iO, Annoyance, etc... Training centers?

Question:I'll be moving to Chicago in a month from Detroit, and plan on enrolling in one of the improv training centers when I get there. I was in an improv company for 2 years in college, and am a founding cast member of downtown Detroit's only improv team, The Improv Brotha's. I know all of the above Chicago programs are good, but I was wondering if there is an order in which I should enroll with these training centers. If anyone has any advice as to which order would be more beneficial, it'd be great!! Thanks!

those three you named are all amazing. Second City may be top of the listing in my opinion but the Annoyance theatre has turned out some really great material. You win no matter which you choose, I'd say just check em out for yourself see which one has a better vibe, however i would think annoyance may be a bit more open and free where as Second City has such a big name to maintain... I only say this because I'm moving to Chicago in a few months myself and I've been researching the same question...

no idea
