They dont seem that well organzied, but that might just be me. If u can give any information, it would be very much apperciated.

Sure, they do what they say they will do, but they most likely will not help you at all. There are a bunch of these semi=scams out there. Not a real scam, but they are someone more interested in your money than in you., It would be better to work hard for years and get a real agent.
