Position:Home>Theater & Acting> What do i do in order to get an audition for a talent agency?

Question:I have searched many agencies that represent big young stars like Selena Gomez,Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Lynn Spears and Emma Roberts.
All of them have phone numbers of the agency, agency location, etc.
what none of them have is something telling me how to get an audition or an email so i would be able to ask them.

so what im wondering is
should i call them?
Go to the Agency's office?
send in a video of me doing my talent?
send headshots?
or what?
please help!

First you will need to call them, and see if you are the kind of person who they represent. Often, agents will have a criteria that the people they represent must meet, i.e previous experience etc. They will usually ask you to post your Performance CV, stating all previous experience, your personal information and your proffesional photos.

Good luck!

After this, if all goes well, they will ask you to come in for a face to face interview. If that goes well you're in.

Know someone. Schmooze. Call the office after you've introduced yourself and ask for an appointment. Go to the office, take your stuff and be ready for ANYTHING they ask you to do. They might, they might not, but have a monologue, have a partner scene, have more than one monologue, comedic and dramatic, have a song and dance and a dog who burps the alphabet. If they ask, do it. Then wait.

Dont send in videos/pictures/resumes by mail, usually they end up sitting in stacks on a desk and wont be opened for months. What I think you should do is Call them. Set up an appointment. Always bring a resume with you and a headshot of you just in case.
Also be prepared in case they ask you to do a scene for them. Remember to have more than one monologue ready and play both good guy and bad guy in case they ask you to perform it in a different light.
Be creative!

seems good to be, I'm thinking about it myself.

i think you should call them and talk about you your experience where you had your training and etc. if they seemed intrested they will ask to meet you up at their location there you will be doing a small somthing just to show how good and loud your voice is or if you are more emotional of tv/film after they will ask for a your headshot and resume and you will leave but if they ask you for money for classes dont pay them you can get the same classes for less than half the price they ofer you after if they liked you they will get you a good agent and make sure the agent and you agreeed that the agent will ger 10%. just becareful about their scams and if they ask for hefty money.

GOOOD LUCK [:
