Can you get replacements if you lose a ticket for a show?

Question:We bought 3 tickets to Dirty Dancing in Toronto on March 29th but I think I may have thrown them away by mistake. Is there any way to get them replaced? Will theatres mail me replacement tickets?

I would first call the theatre and explain what happened. If you paid with credit card, your tickets should be on record and they should be able to reissue tickets. They may charge you a small fee, they may not. If you didn't pay with credit card, you may have a more difficult time proving you bought the tickets. Hopefully the theatre has a registry log of names and seats.

Yes they will call the company.....you might need proof you bought them in the first place because they will give you a copy of the exact ones you had....

If you paid at the ticket counter then no... Most likely not.

BUT

It NEVER hurts to ask nice... If you call them up and you are not the stereotypical "Angry Customer" then they will usually try to help you out.

I hope the tickets were numbered so they could void out the lost set. That will go a long way to helping you get new ones.
