Position:Home>Theater & Acting> How many people have or had pursued a career in acting?

Question:Is it hard and stressful or was it something that you enjoyed? Also is there a certain age limit that Film industries will take on actors because of age? I'm 30 years old. I was thinking of maybe a change in career plans. I change my mind a lot and that's why nothing has ever really gotten far in life with me. However, I'm very smart and determined when I do. It's just a matter of staying on the same track.

Keep going towards your dreams. You can be an actress/actor at age 51 or 100 even! I suceeded and I am only a teenager.

Acting is a very tough business. But if you have the passion for it, then you will enjoy every single minute of auditions, filming, or even training in acting classes.
There's always roles for various of ages - it all depends what kind of acting you are interested in doing.

I would suggest you to enroll in an acting class - just to see how comfortable you feel "acting" in front of people and getting feedbacks from fellow classmates or instructors. See if that's something that you see yourself doing for the next 5 years.

Or, even doing some Background/Extra works for Films/TV Shows, and just to get a feel on what is it like to be on set.
