When is Pirates of the Caribbean 4: Fountain of Youth supposed to come to theate

Question:I just watched a trailor for it, so i know there is going to be one, but it didn't say when it was supposed to come to theaters, does any one have any idea when it is supposed to come?

It's probably just a teaser trailor.
Which usually means they're still filming and thats just a sample of what the story is like.

I'm guessing it's got a long ways to go.
