Simply write. Do not concern yourself with planning, nor if the piece makes sense - simply pick up the pen and write. Don't think about the play, just write it. You can always change it later. :)

how to get rid of writers block is

think of a word and make a story out of it, it doesnt matter if its bad, as long as u get rid of writers block

make it like a girl whos new at school and she wants to fit in but know one wants her to make her like real popular and has the popularest guy in school as her bf but them make her start spreading rumers everyone hates her make it realk dromatic

That is because you have no idea what a play is or how to write it. Get a copy of Bernard Grebanier's book Playwriting. If you can understand what he is saying in it, it will help you become a playwright. Playwriting, by the way, is the most difficult form of creative writing.
