Do disney face characters have to be able to sing?

Question:No, Disney face characters in the parks do not have to sing. I've rarely to never heard any of them sing (I have also heard them rarely to never mimic the character's voice, but that's another topic).

If they play games, like Alice and the Hatter do with kids, they may be asked to sing a little.

well disney charaters need to at least have a good voice like kyle massey he has his own tv show and hannh montana as well as many others
