I want to be Erik, phantom of the opera for a costume party..help?

his cape isnt floor length right...?its like a foot above his legs right?

Are you gonnna put a deformity under the mask and make your lips looks deformed like his or just keep it simple?

Idk about his cape, it depends. On Broadway his cape is not floor length, but it IS long. ..but I also can see it being floor length and it looks cool too, so up to you. I hope you post pics or something once you get the costume together, I'd love to see!

Hmmm, I don't know about the tight black jacket. He's not a biker or anything, lol. How about some puff sleeved thing? {Ex. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-70s-Puff-Sle... or http://www1.bloomingdales.com/catalog/pr... something long-sleeved preferably..

And wow, lol, a foot above his legs would be like his stomach. I'd go with a few inches about the ground, or your feet.

Make the cape long, at least ankle length. Wear black eye make-up and no eye shadow, it will be more dramatic. Also, for your hair, slick it back into a bun when it is still pretty wet (not dripping) it will make you look very phantom! I love the idea and may have to steal it from you! ;-)
