First of all, don't worry about it! The more relaxed you are (or try to be) the better off you'll be. Here are some other things you can do:
Focus on how fun tonight will be. That will get your mind off of the 'bad things'. Don't worry about any one else on the stage except you, unless someone else forgets a line. Take deep breaths. I find that saying the soothing phrase "Om-ya" helps me a ton when I am nervous and feel like throwing up. Trust me, if you haven't caught the flu yet, you won't catch it tonight. The play will go with out a hitch-if you make yourself believe that (or better yet REALLY believe) the play will go well, you will be fine. Find confidence in yourself. If you don't believe in yourself, no one else will. As far as not vomiting goes, here's some tips:
Do not try to prepare foods if you are feeling sick, let others, if possible, do the cooking
Avoid fried and fatty foods, or foods with a strong smell
Eat several small snacks throughout the day
Chew your food thoroughly
Drink plenty of water during the day, sipping it slowly
-All of these will help ease a nervous stomach. Before the show, make sure you listen to either soothing music or music that gets you pumped. If you can surrounded yourself with an enviroment that makes you forget your worries, soon there will be nothing to worry about! And besides, it is natural to feel nervous before a show. If you do feel like vomiting, then take deep breaths through your nose and, most importantly, out your nose. Think soothing, diverting thoughts. If you are confident, soothed, and excited about tonight you will succeed.

Good luck, and don't worry about it!!!

Dont think about it. Stay away from that somebody. Just stay exited.

deep breaths are all you can do. exercise may clear your head of some other issues. have confidence. you will do great!

Take some deep breaths and listen to music until you fall asleep. That'll help......

Just stay calm and try to relax listen to music or watch a movie

Stage fright is completey normal.
You just have to think of how much fun the play will be, and just go out there and don't think about it!

About the phobia, i have a terrible phobia too, and it sucks when you cna't avoid it.

If you're scared about catching the flu, try staying at a friends house for the night.

Or take lots of vitamins.

Good luck in the play! Deep down inside you knew you could perform it or you wouldn't have gone out for a character in the first place!

ok first thing....RELAX!
second thing take care of your self. take vitimins not a lot and drink plenty of liquids

just relaz act like its a regular day, your so jumpy because you keep thinking about the show

Those are things you can't do anything about. Think about the positive things and not about the negative. Take only the good, positive baggage with you on stage.

Everything you tell yourself between now and tonight should be positive. Sit down, make a list of all the positive things in your life right now. Think about how well you will do tonight. Think about all the positive things you can do as an actress.
Only positive thoughts should be allowed in your head!

Then tonight, when you are about to go on stage, remember that your focus is on your scene partner and not on you! Forget yourself and focus on what you are supposed to be doing in the scene. That's critical!

If that's not enough, go to this page I created about how to get over stage fright. You might find that helpful.

And remember, only positive thoughts are allowed in your head from now on!

You will do a wonderful job tonight. You'll see!
