I had never heard this but it might not have been uncommon in that day for such a thing to happen

the entire thing happened in like 5 days... if she was pregnant by romeo, she wouldn't have known within 5 days..

Since they were married and died quite soon after making love, there would really have been no way to know.

It is not even apparent that they make love- its always assumed.
And one of the other answers is right- it does take place within a week.
Then they die.
Juliet wasn't even 14 yet in the play- we don't even know if she's able to be pregnant.
