Acting 411 HELP PLZ!?

Question:I am a preteen, and I am an aspiring actress... but I do not know WHAT to do to start my career. I know I'm supposed to go to auditions and stuff, but how do I find auditions that match my apperance? I don't have an agent, and am planning to get one, but I'm not sure if there are any agencies in Seattle-Bellevue area. I don't know what to do! To any successful actors/actresses out there, PLEASE HELP ME! I WANT TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING IN ACTING. I want to be able to do commercials and ect. If you became a successful actor/actress, PLEASE feel free to email me or write down as an answer about how you became successful. And ANY tips to help me. Thanks in advance! : )

Ok fist off I live over in Yakima so i can tell you that yes there are so many agencies in ur area! I've been to many!
Second if u want to get started do ur school play! Even if its a musical and you can't sing addition!!! they will still cast u, u just wont get the lead! this will help you get confidence! and there are always scout at those kinds of things!
Third talk to ur parents about acting classes or a local theater!
Look in ur local news paper for roles and potential additions that r coming up!
This is the only way you can get started!
And don't spend ur time really looking for an agent becasue it wont work u have to let the agent pick u!

You either got it or you don't

You may want it but you have to have the talent, so make sure you can act before you go through all the trouble.

now, i could write out to you everything you have to do but that wuld take FOREVER!

So go to chapters or coles or borders, or whatever bookstore you know.
And go find the acting section! theres tons of books, about how to begin.
And lots for teens starting to becoming an actress.
Sooo. in the book you'll find everything you need to know.
