Topless Acting Classes Really?

Question:Ive been told that at drama/acting schools that they have set courses where they teach how to act on stage or media topless, is that true?

I actually know of a few drama classes at programs at major universities that are done nude. Not to teach about adult films or anything like that, but more as a tool for teaching vulnerability and openness.
