practice inhaling with out moving your shoulders.
this is going to sound blowing up balloons
with as much air as you can ,harder the balloon, the more your lungs need to work the better you are..use the scale and you will know
when you can sing the prettiest high notes and lower ones with ease.I wish you the very best.

Practice, Practice, Practice.
There are plenty of talented singers out there, one thing that takes them to the next level is not their singing, but their performance. Record yourself on video and compair it to you favorite singer.

Take voice lessons, honestly. There's no way to get an amazing and well-trained voice unless you get a voice teacher, because everybody's voices are different. I did write out a few breath control tips for an asker a few hours ago, they should be of some help, I hope:

1. Your soft pallete (stick your tongue way toward the back of your mouth - without gagging ;D - that's it) should always be raised. To do so, pretend someone has said "BOO!" and gasp like you're scared. If you look in the mirror will doing so, you can see what it looks and feels like. That is how it should always be. Picturing your mouth as a dome could help, too.
2. Make sure you're taking deep, low breaths - this should be accomplished by expanding your stomach, not raising your shoulders. To know how much your stomach should be expaning, lie down on the ground and breathe in alll the way. That's how much you should be breathing in.
3. Don't push the notes out; rather, go over them. To help visualize this, as you sing, pretend you're making a SLOW overhand throw and picture the movement as your voice

EVERYTHING!
sing along with people in songs. Listen to basicually what others sed lol!

Hope we helped!
